Had I, this effect is positive or negative? If I have a routine, by my food and go to the gym more, I know it would be a positive effect, but what's start with the following? The day I can go to the gym are Tuesday and Thursday morning, Friday evening or Saturday and Sunday afternoon. I am currently 140lbs and my height is 5 feet about 2 cm. I am well proportioned, but I want to have a smaller waist and thighs. It makes me depressed, I even take into serious consideration that SmartLipo but I saw pictures of Tara Reid stomach and it made me afraid. HELP! thanks so much
